Conveyor Jam (In Feed, Wrap Zone, or Exit Feed)
Problem
The conveyor watchdog timer has timed out. This means the load did not make it to the next index photo-eye (the end of the conveyor) in the allotted amount of time.
Solution
Look for a load that is jammed against other loads. Make sure to let machine transition loads properly. If too many loads are concentrated on the conveyors it can cause the photo eye to stop or jam the machine.
Check for debris and clear debris (ideally once per week depending on throughput). Utilize air to blow debris (if air is available), or use a thin pole and squeegee.

Conveyors filled with debris
Look for any debris that may be protruding from the conveyors. If the bottom board of the pallet is damaged and has fallen, it can jam the conveyor.
Lubricate chain/rollers and ensure proper chain tension.

In the wrap zone area, conveyors may have stopped due to boxes flying off, film tails in the way, or because a load shifted too far inside or outside the wrap zone. The conveyor rollers or chain is stopped until the wrap zone periphery is cleared. The wrap arm will stop if any film tails are sticking out where the photo eye catches material falling outside the wrap zone.
