Air Supply / Air Pressure

Air supply: A reed contact on the air cylinder checks the movement backwards and forwards. When the valve for the suction frame is de-activated, a timer is started. The timer stops when the reed contact ’suction frame home’ has an input. When the timer runs out (approximately 6 seconds or the time it takes to produce one case), a watchdog-error is generated. Air pressure can slow down the movement. When failure occurs frequently, check air supply.

  • Filled with water: empty the water from the filter. When inside a humid environment air quality can be low.

  • Filled with lubricant

  • Valve is broken or stuck in a position: will not respond to the electrical operating signal.

Air pressure: 4-6 bar (58-87 PSI)
